Senior UX Designer

  • Design lead for Metric Builder, a composable dashboard platform for Niagara Cloud Suite. Owned UX end to end from research through information architecture.
  • Led cross-functional workshops that reframed the product strategy from customer-specific dashboards to a reusable builder.
  • Advocated and won a foundational architectural change (Asset and Space Mapping), restructuring the data hierarchy around equipment and spaces rather than device trees.
  • Drove the Cloud Supervisor programme across 40+ weeks, lifting moderated task success from 63% to 91%.
  • Designed Ask Niagara, a conversational intelligence layer built into the dashboard.
